Spectral behavior of high-power distributed feedback lasers

چکیده

Abstract The mode hopping behavior of high-power distributed feedback lasers emitting near $$780\,\hbox {nm}$$ 780 nm is studied. have highly reflective rear and anti-reflection coated front facets. influence the phase grating at facet investigated by means numerical simulations in time domain taking into account spatial hole burning self-heating effects. simulation results are agreement with experimental findings.
